Much better, I wouldn't mind a bit more green on the render though or a bit more red in the background.

Alright, I'll work around with the bg and see if I can add more red to it.

I don't see v3, however, from 2 the only thing I see wrong is the strength. Nice style, works well.

Added another version with red in it. I think I made it too strong though, idk.

I think the green contrasted nicely with the red on his jacket. I think that was okay before.
